Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us at hello@holistichound.co.nz within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means a refund or a replacement.

Please note that we cannot refund postage and packaging costs unless the goods are deemed faulty. Gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Damages & Issues

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
