13. Hound of the Month – Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period
Entries open at 12:00am on the first day of each calendar month and close at 11:59pm on the last day of each calendar month. One winner will be selected monthly.
How to Enter
To enter, leave an honest review on our website and upload a photo of your dog with one of our products during the promotion period.
Eligibility
Open to customers who have purchased via our website or from one of our stockists. Proof of purchase must be retained if purchased from a stockist.
Prize
The selected winner will receive a refund of the value of their original order, plus a reversible Hound Bandana, Denim Hound Bone, and a Sample Set.
Prize Draw
This is a prize draw. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. A refund is not guaranteed and will only be provided to the selected winner.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided with their review within 5 business days of selection. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
Use of Content
By entering, you agree that Holistic Hound may use your submitted photo and review for marketing purposes across our website, email, and social channels. If selected, you agree to provide brief additional information about your dog (such as a short bio or a few questions) for the Hound of the Month feature.
General
Holistic Hound reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time.

Holistic Hound provides all products and services "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the site.
