Holistic Hound Shipping & Delivery Policy

We’re committed to delivering your Holistic Hound products quickly and efficiently. Below are the details on shipping, delivery times, and costs.

New Zealand Shipping

We use NZ Post for reliable delivery across New Zealand. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on volume, weight, and destination.

Orders placed before 10:30 AM on business days are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 10:30 AM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Signature Required: If you're not home, a calling card will be left. To request a safe drop, let us know or set up an Authority to Leave (ATL) with Courier Post.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using New Zealand Post International Courier with tracking included.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on volume, weight, and destination.

Orders placed before 10:30 AM NZT are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 10:30 AM NZT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times vary by location and may be subject to customs clearance in your country.

Duties & Taxes: Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Tracking: All orders include tracking, and details will be emailed once dispatched.

Order Modifications: We cannot modify orders once the order confirmation email has been sent.

Gift Vouchers: Digital gift vouchers are sent via email only.

Incorrect Address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Risk of Loss: Responsibility for the order transfers to you once it has been handed to the carrier.
